Main Structure and Performances

The XHJ-200 Auto rotary welding machine (Horizontal) is a rotary welding machine specially designed for welding the end (bottom) of the cartridge heater. The machine adds an electromagnetic vibrating disk device at the capacitor energy storage spot welder, Swing cylinder and cylinder compose a manipulator, the soldering piece is attached to the welding station by vacuum, and spot weld aligned with groove. The welding of the machine is accurate and fast, and the working-piece is loaded and unloaded by hand.
